Job Overview

Reports to: Sales Manager

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative
- Establish, develop, and maintain professional business relationships with customers to generate new business, grow existing accounts and ensure preferential opportunities.
- Represent the company product lines from a sound product knowledge base.
- New business sourcing - continually seek out new prospective customers to drive incremental Planet Food business.
- Understand and pro-actively manage your retail customer telephone call cycle to ensure it is commensurate with customer requirements.
- Know your business, your market, your clients, and your competitive advantage.

Qualifications for Inside Sales Representative
- College diploma or university degree is an asset but not a requirement.
- Three years previous Inside Sales experience required.
- Strong oral and written communication skill
- Customer focus
- Integrity, trust ethics and values
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,250.00 per year
