We are currently on the lookout for a BDC Manager who will play a crucial role in driving forward sales strategies and nurturing a culture of high performance within our new franchise.
Position Overview:
The BDC Manager will oversee the Business Development Center, implementing strategies that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor the BDC team, setting high performance standards.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize lead conversion rates.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive growth.
Analyze performance data to continually refine and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership in a BDC or similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Expertise in CRM systems and sales process optimization.
Driven to achieve and exceed performance targets.
