Business Development Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and client retention
- Engage in warm calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company policies while meeting client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and product development to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential areas for expansion
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing deals and onboarding new clients
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track activities, forecast sales, and analyze account performance
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements
- Provide ongoing account management support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
**Experience**
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within technology or industrial sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex deals
- Demonstrated success in business development and expanding existing accounts
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales initiatives
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM tools for pipeline management and analysis
- Background in technical sales or selling technology solutions is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and develop strategic insights
- Experience in warm calling techniques to generate new leads and nurture prospects
