MightyBird is currently looking to hire strong, experienced Supervisors for our brand new crispy chicken restaurant concept

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervising team member relations including training & development, and recognition, as well as recruitment and scheduling (as required).
- Promoting a healthy, safe, and respectful work environment.
- Fostering a positive work culture that supports and promotes exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure consistency of quality, portion control, and menu item presentation.
- Adhere to and enforce food handling/safety requirements.
- Ensure for and maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Supervisory/management experience working in a restaurant or retail store an asset.
- Passion for food, service, and hospitality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong team building skills.
- Local store marketing/fundraising participation.
- Proven ability on achieving results through others.
- Experience with ordering/counting inventory an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
