**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
You will be responsible for all operations related to the transport and customs clearance of goods, ensuring the integrity of incoming and outgoing information. You will provide quality, courteous and prompt service to the company's customers and partners.

Soucy has always given itself the means to achieve its ambitions. Thus, in 2019, Soucy has built its own distribution and logistics center (Soucy Logistiques Inc.) to serve the activities of all subsidiaries that have consolidation, warehousing and delivery needs for their products in Drummondville and destined for the international market. The Transport and Customs Coordinator reports to the Logistics Department Manager, although his office is located in Soucy International's premises.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Process transportation requests and tenders
- Establish import and export files
- Ensure regulatory control of customs declarations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes (e.g. transport instructions)
- Optimization of transport routes
- Formalize and enrich existing supports
- Monitor the performance of carriers
- Validate and maintain relevant documents related to compliance and customs such as MSDS and certificates of origin

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- College diploma (DEC) in Transportation Logistics or any other combination of training and experience deemed relevant to the job
- 3 to 5 years experience in transportation and customs
- Experience in the manufacturing field (an asset)
- Excellent French, functional English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Rigor and discipline
- Teamwork
