**Summary**

We are hiring Our dealership is growing We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team at Harris Kia. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a trusted automotive dealer on Vancouver Island.

**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and budget requirements
- Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Negotiate pricing and trade-in values to close sales
- Complete paperwork and finalize sales transactions
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Enthusiastic about cars and trucks
- Excellent communication skills and work ethic
- Ability to provide sales support throughout the customer journey
- Multitask extraordinaire
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in retail sales

Pay: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
