We are seeking Sales & Design Consultants who are creative, customer-focused, and passionate about helping clients transform their spaces. If you love design, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting furniture, and décor that fit their style, needs, and budget.

  • Provide personalized design consultations, and product recommendations.

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of current design trends, products, and store promotions.

  • Achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with the design and merchandising team to create inspiring showroom displays.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in furniture, home décor, interior design, or retail sales (preferred).

  • A strong eye for design and color coordination.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Diploma or coursework in Interior Design or related field (an asset).
