As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a para
- medical clinic. Your duties will include:

- Supervising administrative personnel and providing support to Practitioners (Chiros, Physios, RMT's, Acu, Counsellor, Kins, etc)
- Managing the clinic admin schedule and ensuring efficient patient flow
- Maintaining electronic medical records with Jane.app and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Collaborating with Practitioners to ensure quality patient care
- Handling human resources tasks such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations for front desk. Participate in hiring Practitioners as operations scale.
- Managing the clinic budget and financial operations
- Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Ensuring compliance with para-medical college regulations and standards
- Coordinating with other clinical for referrals or specialized services required by ICBC
