The primary role of our Inside Sales Associate is to support the business by driving profitable sales growth and customer service through understanding customer needs and providing solutions for their everyday businesses.

Earning your customer’s trust by becoming your customers’ “go-to” person and consistently delivering on all promises made and ensuring regular follow up

Interacting, responding and following up with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner

Processing customer quotes, and orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery

Supporting the sales team through up selling, service, pricing, delivery and inventory inquiries

Promoting products and services to customers and providing substitutions where required

Reviewing open orders and backorders on a daily basis

**Qualifications**:
A minimum of 2 years of Inside Sales experience

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Build strong relationships for repeat opportunities

Able to identify and solve problems

Particularly effective in maintaining solid product knowledge

A strong attention to detail

Ability to organize and prioritize your tasks

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and French
