**JOB SUMMARY**

Your accountabilities will include visual presentation, operations and training your teams. As District Manager, you will work in close collaboration with the Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and Ambassadors located in the Montreal region and Quebec City. You will definitely put some energy on creating a pleasant workspace where your colleagues can perform at their best and achieve exceptional results.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Lead and coach your team through the company's mission, vision and values
- Recruit, hire, train and develop a committed and motivated team
- Manage schedules and ensure stores respect Sales per hour’s target
- Ensure that the stores are profitable by maximizing their sales through their KPIS
- Ensure stores respect visual directives and standards
- Ensure stores respect operations processes
- Ensure the inventory management is accurate and stores are accountable for their inventory
- Ensure omni fulfilment execution is efficient
- Build community through in-store events and activations
