Fort St John, Canada Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- provide ongoing discussion with district managers to better improve office efficiency and KPI’s
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Process invoices
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Manage client prequalification sites
- Prepare Client pre-qualifications, RFI’s, EOI’s and RFP’s
- Responsible for understanding purchasing procedures and requirements in order to support and assist as needed
- Filing
- Data entry
- Schedule employee orientations and safety training
- Assist management as required
- Inventory tracking and reporting
- Coordinate business development events, such as Christmas parties, golf tournaments, customer appreciation, etc
- Minimum of 2 year experience in office administration
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Forms
- Knowledge of Bluebeam and Adobe
- Proficient in data entry
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy is a must
- Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills with a willingness to learn
