**Orillia Kia is looking for a Porter**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist the Foreman and Technicians in the Shop during busy times
- Maintain Tire Bins, including retrieving and returning inventory as requested
- Taking vehicles through car wash, cleaning cars as required
- Bring the customer’s vehicle to the front when customers are ready to pick up their vehicle
- Lend assistance to the Service Manager and Service Advisors when needed
- Perform other requested duties (i.e. picking up and dropping off customers' vehicles, etc.)
- Assist with keeping the shop area clean and orderly.
- Assisting with other dealership tasks as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to a manual standard transmission
- Must be an active listener and exercise sound judgment.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Must be a good time manager and must be able to multi-task.
- Must follow all traffic and highway rules and regulations at all times
- Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driver's abstract.
- Must pass Criminal Background Check

Work Environment
- Time is spent inside and outside of vehicles.
- Must be able to work with strong detergents and chemicals.
- Time is spent working outside in both very hot and very cold weather.
- Must have required safety equipment.
- May be required to do some heavy lifting
- Hours Vary, position is part-time
