**Our**_**STYLE**_
- We are a very small, tight knit team. You’ll learn very quickly that we are not particularly formal nor orthodox about the way we do anything.
- We deal with all the different scopes of plumbing but we lean more commercial.
- We’re either pushing hard, or we’re taking the day off
- Nothing is more important to us than getting the job done

**Our only non negotiable requirements are**:

- You must be a Canadian Citizen
- You must have your red seal or at a minimum completed 3rd year plumbing school
- You must speak fluent english
- You must have reliable transportation to and from job sites that may change as often as day to day
- Enjoy learning and taking on challenges
- Are able to work both independently or with a helper
- Like having your effort/productivity directly affect your compensation
- Have an abundance of common sense
- Are particularly good at locating items using your _eyes_ and keeping track of where they are using your _brain_
- Love spending company money on uber eats
- Have less than 3 years of plumbing experience
- Want a regular 8 hour per day, Monday to Friday job
- Are unable to lift heavy weights
- Do not get along with others
- Struggle with understanding verbal instructions or thinking in general

**Application**:

2. Describe a time you were able to deduce the correct way to do something when you were given no instructions.

3. Describe the hardest day you’ve ever had at work.

4. Confirm that you meet all 4 of the non negotiable requirements.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 69 per week
