**Responsibilities**
- Understand and test new products, by following the written test bench procedure
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues with the performance of products
- Compare test results to verify quality and spot potential issues or mistakes
- Re-check specific results and product performance due to firmware updates or user questions
- Other duties as assigned

**Personality**
- You are an audio enthusiast, passionate about audio-related products (headphones, bookshelf speakers, tower speakers, home theatre, etc), and have a greate understanding of what the community is looking for in this domain
- You love doing research, analyzing and comparing products. You typically spend weeks doing research before buying something
- You like helping people. The whole purpose of our website is to help people find the best product for them
- You like learning new things. Even if you become an expert, you will never know everything. There will always be new technology
- You are methodological

**Qualification/Experience**
- Good English communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge in audio products related categories (headphones, soundbars, speakers, etc.)
- Background in audio (music technology, sound recording, music production, equipment management, etc.)
- Technical background such as QA analyst/testing or Technician with a DEP/DEC in electronic or computer science or computer support a bonus
