The Testing Team Lead is responsible for supervising product testing, leading a team of testers to accomplish testing goals while improving the team’s quality of output, training, and prioritization.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of 2-6 tech testers
- Organize and delegate work to employees, track process, and enforce deadlines
- Set and enforce standards for the performance of team members, provide regular feedback, and train and coach to develop tester's careers
- Coordinating training within the team, and conducting it where necessary
- Point of communication to and from the team

- Strong interest and understanding of technology
- You are proactive and detailed-oriented
- You enjoy talking to people and understanding their perspective

**Qualification/Experience**
- 5+ years of work experience in a technical role, such as technician, manufacturing, or quality assurance
- DEP/DEC or university level education (Bachelors, Masters) in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc) is a bonus
- 2+ years of experience in a lead role (supervising a team of technical employees)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great organizational skills and an eye for detail
