Account Lead: Social Media + Public Relations

We're looking to add an Account Lead with experience in Social Media and Public Relations to our team This position is based in Vancouver and requires you to attend the office two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), with the option to work remotely the remainder of the week.

We're looking for a dynamic and resourceful professional with experience managing social media, influencer partnerships, and media relations. Bonus if you've also planned and executed events and activations or have any photography or content creation skills.

Here's a little more about what you'll be doing:
**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and developing social media, public relations, and marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and competitive analysis to identify and define audiences
- Writing and proofreading creative copy and all content materials
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative assets and marketing campaigns
- Manage and execute advertising campaigns for clients, reporting on data once complete
- Track and deliver monthly statistics to measure growth
- Meet with clients in a professional and punctual manner
- Proactively stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technology in all aspects of your responsibilities
- Present ideas to clients, attend client meetings as needed and assigned

**Social Media Marketing**
- Manage all social media initiatives on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Provide editorial calendars for each client
- Amend and edit any content requests from the Client or Vive management

**Public Relations**
- Write press releases, create media lists, and comfortably pitch to media
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, both paid and organic
- Create a full marketing & PR strategy, including out-of-the-box ideas to hone engagement and brand awareness
- Organizing and managing events

**Influencer Partnerships**
- Identify and pitch influencers who align with a client's target audience and values
- Negotiate terms and contracts
- Manage the relationship to ensure deadlines and contractual obligations are met
- Track content and create wrap report, presenting the results to the client

**Expectations**
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional, timely manner
- Support team projects and colleagues if and when needed
- Undertake tasks as assigned
- Take initiative independently
- Treat colleagues, clients, contractors and Vive affiliates in a professional, respectful manner
