Essential Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the proposal development process across multiple disciplines
- Craft RFQ and RFP responses that are innovative, client-focused, and aligned with Ledcor’s brand standards
- Monitor and refine the proposal process, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison for client communications, including submission requirements, RFIs, addenda, and meetings
- Oversee document control activities such as managing client portal files, maintaining passwords, and organizing internal proposal file structures
- Maintain an up-to-date library of resumes, project profiles, presentations, and photos while adhering to brand guidelines
- Support business development efforts, including events, presentations, marketing materials, and website updates, as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in a Proposal Coordinator role, preferably in the building construction industry
- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, project management, and technical writing skills
- Experience leading proposal teams and knowledge of proposal and marketing processes, tools, and best practices
- Comfortable facilitating large group meetings
- Graphic design experience and a keen eye for design are considered assets

Work Environment
- This position can be based in Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary or Vancouver and offers hybrid work options, allowing you to work both from home and in the office
