**Job Information**: Reporting to the production manager, the Print Production Coordinator will secure print production contracts on behalf of our clients through various streams: account executives, agencies, and direct clients and to manage the flow of the production once it is ordered
**What you’ll do**
- Leverage strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to liaise with Account Executives, media and creative agencies to secure production contracts
- Quote and order advertising production material
- Liaise with account executives and creative agencies with regards to production file preparation and specs
- Create purchase orders and manage print orders sent to our vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, agencies, suppliers and internal staff
Who you are
- College Diploma in Advertising, Print Production program or equivalent
- Time management skills
- Extremely detailed and organized
- Works well under pressure and in fast pace environment
- Well versed in Microsoft office
- Strong English communication skills
- Takes constructive criticism and direction well
