MOBIA is currently recruiting an Bilingual Administrator to join our team in Moncton, NB. With a passion for coordination, technology, and customer service you will be an integral part of a customer focused team with great attention to detail and respect for a job well done.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Bilingual Administrator is responsible for support on a variety of Telecommunications projects. The Administrator is responsible for:

- Completing updates within customer systems required to close out projects, inventory project files, update records, etc
- Data Entry as needed
- General office and project support
- Other duties as required

**Skills / Qualifications**:

- Completion of relevant post-secondary education
- A minimum of one year of Administrative Experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous billing experience would also be an asset
- Outstanding organization skills are required
- Previous experience in telecommunications an asset
- Experience working with SAP software is an asset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
