Administrative Assistant

The **Administrative Assistant** is an essential role reporting to a Project Manager with the intention to work on multiple KUS projects across Canada. This role leads daily tasks critical to the forward movement of the project by assisting the project manager wherever needed. This position requires precise communication skills and strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while working independently.

**General Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Work with Project Managers to compile and submit employee payroll (timesheet) information
- Assist with project invoicing and completion files
- Assist with project documentation and repository
- Provides administrative support for account corrections
- Supports projects with daily tasks
- Lead hand for fixed asset tracking/management
- Validating all fields are present, and correctly entered
- Reviewing digital photos within the electronic work order system
- Correcting work order data errors
- Communicating common issues to the project team
- Any other duties which may be assigned to you by your manager
**Education and Experience**:
- 2 years experience in administration
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related fields
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project) and Microsoft Office including Gantt charts
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Detail oriented and task driven
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 40 months
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
