**Responsibilities**:

- Plan production schedules and allocate resources to ensure on-time delivery. Assign and oversee daily cutting and packaging tasks for efficient completion.
- Supervise the production process on the shop floor to ensure all operations follow SOP standards. Monitor cutting accuracy, packaging precision, and material usage to reduce waste.
- Manage shift schedules, attendance records, and position rotation to ensure proper workforce allocation and stable production capacity.
- Ensure GMP compliance, proper hygiene, protective gear use, and timely cleaning of equipment and work areas.
- Provide basic operational training for new employees. Monitor employee performance, give timely feedback, and assist in improving production efficiency and work standardization.
- Ensure proper equipment use and promptly report any malfunctions or safety issues.
- Complete production records and report key data.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely supply and support for smooth production.
- Respond quickly to issues to keep production running smoothly.

**Experience**:

- Food manufacture experience would be an asset.

**Qualifications**:

- Mandarin is an asset
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Good production schedule skills are an asset

**Licence/Certification**:

- Food Safety Certification (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
