**_Duties and Responsibilities_**

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Pressroom Supervisor supports daily operations within the print manufacturing facility, and actively participates in the implementation of the activities and requirements for the Press Team. Supervises the operation of equipment to meet all productivity, scheduling, waste and cost control, quality, and manpower requirements of the pressroom. Coordinates the production of all jobs through the pressroom to satisfy customer requirements. Supervises all aspects of employee relations including performance assessments, motivation, and problem solving. Reviews and implements policies and procedures which ensures the press team is meeting budgeted goals and objectives. Communicates and enforces company policies and working conditions and recommends changes as considered advisable. Helps troubleshoot production problems, ensures all work is performed with the health and safety of employees in mind. Keeps informed of all technological progress in the industry. Ensures preventative maintenance is scheduled, implemented, and completed to avoid production disruptions. Manages and promotes continuity of business unit strategies and programs. Creates and maintains accurate and complete production reports. Willfully participates in all safety, production, manufacturing, and pressroom crew meetings. Adheres to and embraces 5S workplace organization standards.
**_Schedule_**
3, 12-hour shifts rotating between days and nights every 2 weeks
**_Qualifications_**
Post-Secondary education with concentration in Business, Operations or Industrial Management, Graphics Arts, or related field preferred or related equivalent experience. Five (5) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with two (2) years’ experience in a Supervisory/Management role. A strong understanding of the printing process and related equipment. Must have excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Word & Excel. Must be a team player and customer focused.

Salary Range: 100K -Dependent on experience
