**eCommerce Supervisor**
The eCommerce Supervisor will own day to day functional operations and marketing execution of our eCommerce web properties. This position requires an exceedingly productive individual who can lead implementation of a fashion focused eCommerce site, as well as build and effectively manage a small, dedicated team to drive eCommerce sales and marketing roadmaps. The role will require daily interaction across multiple functional teams including Marketing, Buying, IT and Operations. This position demands efficient time management, a desire to collaborate and elevate our ways of working, as well as strength in sales and promotional planning for eCommerce.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Develop, monitor, analyze, and interpret sales data to measure KPIs while creating strategies to optimize revenue
- Implementing and monitoring SEO/organic search performance for all mainstream search engines
- Managing on-site merchandising including both visible and hidden categories and menu functionality/optimization
- Spearheading communications with Buying team to ensure appropriate and optimal inventory levels and product mix are achieved and maintained online
- Coordinate with the marketing team in developing efficient marketing and promotional campaigns based on sales performance and data analytics.
- Collaborating with IT department to roll out new features and ease-of-use capabilities that enhance the eCommerce shopping experience
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and cost savings within eCommerce team
- Analyze web traffic, search engine ranking, and branding features through data analytics
- Optimizing the online customer experience by identifying patterns, customer journeys and missed opportunities for sales
- Reporting on eCommerce sales and KPIs
- Managing copywriting and information online, ensuring all landing pages are equipped with up-to-date and accurate information
- Overseeing product uploads and new product drops
- Using inventory, sales data and competitor analysis to inform ideas and plans for online promotions and sales
**Qualifications**
- University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing or a related business discipline
- 3+ years of eCommerce website management (B2C) including setup, sales analysis and promotional planning. Digital merchandising experience is a bonus.
- Genuine passion for technology, marketing, and digital innovation
- Magento 2 (or other eCommerce platforms such as Shopify+) experience is an asset
- Experience managing a team
- Self-starter with solid analytical, negotiating, communication and organizational skills
- Must be ambitious and value collaboration
- Must be detail-oriented and multi-task well
- Computer skills: Strong excel skills a must, experience with an ERP system is a bonus.
- HTML/CSS experience a bonus
