Apprentice Mechanic

What You Will Do:
- Assist with diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance
- Perform basic tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, tire service, and fluid checks
- Receive hands-on training from experienced technicians
- Help inspect vehicles for wear, damage, or safety concerns
- Learn to use tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment correctly and safely
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop area
- Follow instructions and safety protocols at all times
- Document work performed and report findings to supervisors
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
What You Will Need:
- Strong interest in mechanics and hands-on technical work
- Basic understanding of tools, engines, or mechanical systems (preferred but not required)
- Full-time or part-time apprenticeship
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required
- High school diploma or working toward completion
Working Conditions:
- Workshop or garage environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and tools
- Requires standing, bending, and physical activity for extended periods

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $ $26.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
