Medical Office Receptionist

Mackie Physiotherapy (**Evergreen clinic**) is seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual who will assist with reception and office administrative duties. This position will include benefits.
We are a fast-paced private practice clinic that incorporates Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Massage. We have a high standard of conduct and professionalism that must be followed to serve our clients best.
**Work Hours required**:24 Hours/ week;**Mondays-Thursdays 6:30 am-12:30 pm (training shifts may differ from this)
**WAGE**:Dependent on administrative experience

**The receptionist duties include**:
- patient reception and answering phone calls.
- making and rescheduling appointments.
- management of multiple physiotherapists’ schedules.
- faxing, scanning, and maintenance of electronic filing and data entry.
- assisting in light cleaning protocols throughout the day.
**We require an individual who demonstrates**:
- strong multitasking abilities.
- excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- advanced keyboarding skills.
- interpersonal skills, friendly and polite phone etiquette.
- an extroverted personality, positive outlook, and a passion for helping people.
- ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- knowledge of basic medical terminology.
- ability to work in a team setting.
- reliability and punctuality.
- excellent time management & organizational skills.
- strong awareness/understanding of issues of confidentiality.
- general computer knowledge and skills and proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
