Groupe Marcelle is looking for its next Specialist, Marketplace and E-Retail for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the Director, Digital Channels and strategy, the Specialist, Marketplace and E-Retail will be a key player in the growth of sales through marketplaces and retailer websites. The challenge will be to maintain relationships with different partners and explore new avenues in the marketplace.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Build and maintain relationships with our e-retail and marketplace partners.
- Perform analysis of the most relevant product categories for the marketplace / retailer taking into account. profit margins, competitors, and consumers (Amazon Canada, Amazon USA, and other large online retailers)
- Communicate and negotiate with large online retailers to ensure success on their platforms.
- Determine ideal product assortments on various marketplaces and E-Retail websites and ensure that all products are available and up to date.
- Create and maintain lists of new products in different marketplaces.
- Perform detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, comments, prices, product specifications, customer questions, etc.).
- Increase traffic and conduct marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
- Analyze the reports of the different platforms, present the results and provide recommendations.
- Work closely with the sales and ecommerce team to align the organization's marketing & communication strategies.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the market, with a specialization in Amazon Vendor Central.
- 2 to 3 years experience with digital marketing and ecommerce.
- Analytical skills in digital platforms and Excel.
- Marketplace experience (other than Amazon, an asset).
- Experience in online merchandising is an asset.
AND IF YOU ARE
- Bilingual both oral and written (English and French).
- Curious, dedicated, and passionate about e-commerce.
- Able to quickly react to changing environment.

- Organized, ability to prioritize time and tasks.
