Greater Toronto Area, Canada TITAN FLOORING INC. Full time

We are a growing business in the general contracting field with a focus on FLOORING and STAIRS installations. We have been providing renovation supplies (plumbing, drywall, hardware, HVAC, etc.) and flooring services to our customers since 2013 - and have expanded and grown ever since. We would like for you to lead our project sales and management department

**Compensation**: Base Salary (Based on Experience/Capabilities) + 10% Commission of Project Profits (Estimated 10-20k/year)

**Primary Responsibilities are (but not limited to)**:

- Measure, take pictures, quote, and negotiate the project (Flooring, Stairs, etc )
- Coordinate with external installation team(s)
- Identify, pack and deliver materials to project sites when necessary
- Exceed customer expectations before, during, and after project
- Use CRM software to schedule appointments, make calls, and message customers.
- Multiple projects time management
- Utilize excel, word and other tools to create quotes.

**Secondary Responsibilities are (When in Store)**:
Creating a welcoming environment to all staff and customers
- Assist in executing and managing operations (sales, inventory, scheduling driver pickups, etc.)
- Sales: quoting customer on flooring, vanities, shower doors, etc. based on set strategies / operation of Point of Sale (POS) system to ring up sales + more / ensuring documentation of sales are processed correctly
- proper payment to supplier / receiving items / update cost and pricing in the system

**Requirements are**:

- Able to speak English fluently (Bonus if you can speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or any other language)
- Previous experience in Sales and/or Construction would be an asset
- familiarity with general contracting materials (ex. Baseboard, Molding, Laminate, Vinyl, Tiles, Shower Doors, Shoe-mold, Casing, etc.) would be an asset.
- Having experience in general contracting is an asset
- Having your own truck/pickup that can hold construction materials when needed is

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- On call
