We’re hiring a skilled, reliable **Handyman / Home Renovator (Subcontractor)** to complete residential repair, maintenance, and light renovation work. You’ll handle day-to-day fixes and small projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. **Paid subcontract role with immediate availability.**

What You’ll Do
- Repair and replace **windows, doors, glass, and screens**:

- Perform **general maintenance**: minor carpentry, hardware adjustments, weatherstripping, caulking/sealants
- **Inspect** sites to identify issues, hazards, and scope of work
- **Install** basic fixtures, hardware, and small appliances as needed
- **Paint** walls/ceilings/trim; surface prep and tidy finishes
- Keep job sites **clean, organized, and protected** throughout work
- **Collaborate** with project managers, drafters, and installers to deliver on time
- **Follow safety procedures** and comply with all relevant regulations

Required Qualifications
- **2+ years** proven experience as a handyman, home renovator, or similar role
- Solid knowledge of **general maintenance techniques** and best practices
- Proficient with **hand and power tools**; able to troubleshoot on site
- **Detail-oriented** with strong time management and follow-through
- Comfortable working **independently** and as part of a team
- Clear, professional **communication** with colleagues and clients

Helpful Skills (Nice to Have)
- **Carpentry**: framing/trim, cabinet installs, minor repairs
- **Painting**: surface prep, brush/roller techniques, clean edges
- **Plumbing (basic)**: leak checks, fixture swaps, minor repairs
