We are seeking a **Identity & Access Management Analyst** to join our team in **Winnipeg, MB or Toronto, ON**
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst will support the identity and access management program for internal users. The objective is to manage the lifecycle of internal digital identities and access while achieving security, business enablement, productivity and compliance.
**The **Identity & Access Management Analyst** will: *
- Provide overall support and administration to the internal identity and access management program.
- Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organization’s identity management system.
- Assist to evaluate, recommend, and implement IAM tools in collaboration with the team.
- Provide input to develop and implement IAM processes for continuous improvement.
- Participate in Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects and initiatives.
- Responsible to meet targeted Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the IAM program.
- Involved in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues.
- Perform regular access review re-certification to systems with focus on crown jewel systems across People Corporation and partner firms.

- Demonstrate good judgment, a sense of urgency and commitment to high standards of customer service, ethics, regulatory compliance, and business integrity.
- Completion of post-secondary education in Computer Science or Technology.
- 1-2 years working on a IAM teams for on-premises and cloud services.
- Experience with administration of IAM tools
- Experience with identity and access management processes
- Experience with IAM-related products and solutions, (e.g. Active Directory/LDAP platforms, Privileged Access Management (PAM), single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) remote access strategies).
- Proven track record of achieving SLA
- Experience using best practices such as ITIL processes
