Poste : Spécialiste Amélioration Continue
Sous la supervision du Lead Excellence Opérationnelle, le Spécialiste amélioration continue est responsable de supporter la mise en place des outils LEAN au sein des opérations de l’usine. Il sera également responsable de supporter le déploiement du programme de formation technique des employés d’opérations.
Tâches et responsabilités
- Coordonne des kaizens et participe activement à des projets d’amélioration continue;
- Supporte les équipes dans la réalisation des projets d’amélioration et des actions soulevées lors des kaizens;
- Anime des sessions de résolution de problème et assure le suivi des actions (5 Pourquoi, Fishbone);
- Supporte la mise en place du programme d’amélioration continue de Church & Dwight;
- Met à jour les documents et les outils LEAN du programme d’amélioration continue;
- Agit comme agent de changement et fait la promotion de la culture Lean aux seins des opérations;
- Effectue toutes les tournées préventives requises (Gemba Walk, Audit Lean, Inspection de Sécurité, etc.);
- Travaille en partenariat interfonctionnel avec les gestionnaires pour identifier les besoins de formation technique, développer et maintenir des activités de formation technique conformes aux attentes;
- Travaille avec les experts afin d’identifier les compétences techniques appropriées pour chaque poste;
- Travaille avec les experts afin d’élaborer des instructions de travail standards (vidéos, textes, photos);
- Fait le lien entre les résolutions de problème et la formation technique pour assurer l’efficacité du programme.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellentes relations interpersonnelles - capacité à établir des relations positives et professionnelles à tous les niveaux de l'organisation;
- Excellentes compétences en communication - capacité à communiquer de manière claire et concise dans plusieurs médias - verbaux, écrits, etc.;
- Excellentes compétences en organisation/gestion du temps;
- Posséder d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes;
- Haut degré de précision et souci du détail;
- Capacité à fournir et à maintenir un service à la clientèle solide et flexible pour l'organisation;
- Capacité d'ajuster et de prioriser le travail dans un environnement de travail au rythme rapide;
- Expérience en gestion de la formation dans un environnement de fabrication et de distribution réglementé sera considéré comme un atout;
- Expérience préalable avec les systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage électronique (SABA, Solabs, POKA, etc);
- Expérience antérieure dans un environnement Lean/Amélioration Continue;
- Bilinguisme anglais et français (oral et écrit).
