**Project Coordinator**

We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our project management team and ensure the successful execution of key initiatives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
What you will do
- Track and maintain equipment timesheets
- Maintain communications with Client logistics and third-party vendors
- Follow up and provide feedback for all logistics functions
- Work with Project Superintendents to ensure accuracy of estimates
- Liaise with employees to scope specific jobs
- Work with third-party representatives to arrange third party subcontractors
- Support HSE related functions
- Coordinate with material manufacturers and provide technical support
- Ensure equipment maintenance and certification
- Participate in job scoping, resource planning; attend all kick-off, planning, and daily call meetings
- Review all Client call outs, drawings, and applicable documentation to confirm material accuracy
- Plan and execute coating work orders
- Support all job functions including sending internal service requisitions (ISR’s) for required materials
- Build and submit invoices

**QUALIFICATIONS**: Your background
- Post-Secondary Education in a technical program
- Project Management certification is considered an asset
- NACE certification is considered an asset
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator position
- Please note: This position will be full-time, Monday to Friday, in Halifax with no possibility of rotational work.
- All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
