**Job description**

**Overall responsibility**

This job is focused on the financial functions of the company. This job involves a fixed base salary and potential bonuses based on KPI's. You will be enabled to work within our young and energetic team, to control billing, accounts payables, collections, payroll and prepare financial statements on a monthly basis. In addition, there will be an aspect of the job devoted to forecasting growth and budgetting accordingly.

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- You will be given the proper promotional material for example pamphlets, business cards, staff contact trees, etc...
- Your primary tasks as an office coordinator would include coordinating deliveries between sales and operations, billing clients and tracking volume to prevent against theft.

**Requirements**:

- Smartphone
- Laptop

**Experience**:

- 2 years accounting experience (required)
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must have basic computer literacy skills.
- Fluent in English and French

**Salary**: $64,000.00-$76,000.00 per year
