LogiSense is seeking a Learning Specialist to join our team and work on fascinating technology, while enjoying a work-from-home virtual environment with an outstanding group of people who are solving new challenges around monetizing IoT, Communications and XaaS products and services for Enterprise customers.

As a key member of our Implementation team, you'll help us create functional and technical training programs and deliver the content as needed for our industry-leading usage-based billing platform that offers companies a new way to do business.

**The Position**

As a LogiSense Learning Specialist you'll become an expert in LogiSense's cutting-edge billing solutions. Your role will involve developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that empower our clients to make the most of our billing platform with confidence and efficiency.

**Be Good At**:

- Implementing your degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design or a relevant field. Learning and Development Certificates will be considered an asset
- Demonstrating your experience planning, designing, developing, coordinating, and delivering technical course content, including in-person and e-learning environments
- Arranging and conducting on-site training when needed. Travel throughout Canada and the USA may be required a few times per year
- Demonstrating your experience with implementing and administering Learning Management System (LMS)
- Devising training programs and course content according to organizational requirements
- Creating training schedules, course content and classroom agendas
- Preparing and presenting training material through classroom learning, hands-on demonstration, e-learning courses and supporting activities
- Executing training sessions, webinars, workshops etc.
- Observing and evaluating the results of training programs
- Maintaining and determining the overall effectiveness of the programs and making improvements
- Displaying your outstanding communication skills and ability to speak to a larger audience
- Displaying your excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Bonus points for prior experience with billing systems
