**Job Description**:
We are on the lookout for a Pump Attendant who thrives in a team-oriented environment and demonstrates a high level of adaptability in managing various duties and responsibilities. This role is perfect for individuals who are not only skilled in customer service but are also capable of maintaining high performance in a fast-paced setting and under extreme temperature conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their fueling needs
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless service experience
Adapt to a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, fueling vehicles, monitoring pump operation, and maintaining cleanliness around the station
Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Uphold safety standards and procedures at all times
Be willing to support in different areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing tasks and environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to working in extreme weather conditions, with measures in place to ensure employee safety
A high school diploma or equivalent; further certifications or qualifications are a plus
