At Summit Valve, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a role that combines customer service, logistics coordination, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities. This position is the heartbeat of our operations, connecting customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure every order is accurate, on time, and handled with care. **What You’ll Do**
- Be the customer champion, communicate proactively with customers, vendors, and carriers to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Manage orders from start to finish in Rootstock/Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate shipping documentation, pickups, and drop-offs for domestic and international shipments.
- Blend office and warehouse duties: receive, inspect, and prepare products for dispatch; measure dimensions; verify compliance.
- Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and safety protocols.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education & Experience**: High school diploma required; post-secondary in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.
- Experience in shipping, supply chain, or freight processes is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
- **Physical Ability**: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse tasks safely.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Rootstock/Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to learn new logistics software quickly.
