**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the commercial cleaning sector.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our range of products and services.
- Demonstrate knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and custodial equipment to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple client accounts while ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in the commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance industry.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting practices and safe operation of power tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to clients.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering clean, effective solutions for customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
