Sharif Fitness Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team In this role, you’ll be essential in driving membership growth and helping new clients experience the unique offerings of our community-focused gym. You’ll connect with walk-ins, handle inquiries, and follow up with leads, introducing potential members to our range of classes, fitness programs, and personalized training options.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote memberships, personal training packages, and class offerings to prospective clients.
- Track and manage leads in our CRM system, following up with prospects regularly.
- Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional member experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales and customer service is a must.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for fitness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings.

**Compensation**:
This position offers hourly pay plus commission on sales.
