**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote memberships, personal training packages, and class offerings to prospective clients.
- Track and manage leads in our CRM system, following up with prospects regularly.
- Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional member experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales and customer service is a must.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for fitness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings.

**Compensation**:
This position offers hourly pay plus commission on sales.
