Mehta Brothers Limited is a professional home service company specializing in exterior & interior window cleaning services. We are looking for dedicated and hard-working sales representatives to work directly with the senior management team to seek out new sales opportunities and scale the brand across Ontario. Previous experience is helpful but by no means required The outside sales Representative will have an assigned territory, promoting and selling professional window cleaning services to upscale homeowners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Door to Door Sales to a group of affluent potential clients to promote and sell our professional window cleaning service. Identify potential growth areas and pursue new customers.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through door to door sales, cold calling, networking, social media, and responding to Google Ads leads.
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Work directly with the senior management team to scale the brand across Ontario and be trained by experienced sales veterans to be the best at your craft.
- Work diligently to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our companies rapid and sustainable growth.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with senior management team.
- Showing up to work on time
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Plan and execute according to the opportunities and activities of your territory.

**Requirements**:

- Travel to different neighborhoods and suburbs going door-to-door with the goal of selling our window cleaning services
- Convince clients to purchase our professional window cleaning service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strong computer skills for managing data and report creation.
- Highly motivated, creative, and goal orientated.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Access to a vehicle for transportation to sales locations
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self motivated with a results driven approach
