**What is the job about?**

We at Grundfos Canada are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team.

You will report to the Head of Service & Solutions, Canada, and work on a hybrid schedule out of our Oakville, ON office.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Creation of work orders for service technicians and authorized service partners, processing in SAP.
- Work closely with Manager to track and coordinate jobs with technicians.
- Determine the correct parts with Sales and Technicians.
- Responsible for identifying/ assessing an incoming request from a customer for service purposes.
- Assisting/ providing input for Service quotations for repairs, projects to be carried out.
- Report matters related to 5S and Kaizens.
- Cultivate excellent customer service and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure a customer’s success.
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries.

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- Completed secondary school, a degree, diploma, or a certificate would be an advantage.
- At least 5 years of work experience and at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Experience following protocols and process flows to ensure high quality service response.
- Proficiency in English communication. Bilingual in French, not necessary but an asset.
- The ability to communicate information in a simple and understandable manner.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and SAP (S/4 HANA is highly preferred).
- End to End process understanding and supporting continuous improvement.
- The capability of organizing own workload.
- Participated in complex projects within own area.
- Experience driving less complex projects within own area.
- The ability to deal with complex situations and multiple processes at the same time.
- The ability to make connections (inside and outside), independent, works well in a fast-paced environment, initiative-oriented, results-oriented.
- Good time management, and organization skills.
- The ability to be data-driven and proficient in data analysis.
- A team-oriented attitude and collaborative.
- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth company.
