Job Summary:
We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across retail stores, corporate clients, and franchise development. In this high-impact role, you will drive sales growth in our Welland and St. Catharines locations, forge new B2B partnerships, and spearhead the expansion of our franchise network. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional eager to scale a business and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Retail Teams: Manage and motivate in-store sales teams at our Welland and St. Catharines locations, ensuring they meet and exceed monthly targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Expand B2B Sales: Grow our corporate client base by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with local businesses and organizations.
- Franchise Development: Drive franchising efforts by nurturing leads and closing franchise deals - aim to secure 6+ new franchise investors annually to fuel our expansion.
- Optimize E-commerce: Oversee and optimize online sales channels (Shopify website, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon storefront) to maximize revenue and reach new customers.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase retail sales by 25% each quarter, leveraging promotions, training, and market analysis to continuously boost performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (paid bi-weekly).
- Franchise Bonus: $2,500 - $5,000 bonus for each new franchise sold.
- Corporate Sales Commission: 5% recurring commission on net profit from corporate accounts (paid annually).
- Performance Rewards: Additional performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities as you help expand the company.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success in a sales leadership role (retail management, B2B sales, and/or franchising).
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and inspire sales teams to hit targets and grow revenue.
- Deal Closer: Strong negotiation and business development skills with a track record of closing deals and forming lasting client relationships.
- Business Acumen: Familiarity with investment rounds, franchise development, or entrepreneurship is a plus (you understand how to talk to investors and franchisees).
- E-Commerce Savvy: Hands-on experience with online sales platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Facebook Marketplace - you know how to drive sales both in-store and online.
