**Reports to**:Founder and President

**Position Summary**

We are looking for a **National Sales Manager **to join our dynamic team, based at our Toronto office, in the Design District. This position is critical in creating brand awareness, particularly in the construction industry.

**A Day in the life of...**

The primary objective of the National Sales Manager is to ensure that the Khayeri Team meets or exceeds the business goals (leads/sales) set for the entire Team. The National Sales Manager executes on the strategies, priorities, and drives wholesale channel/dealer sales in collaboration with the Founder and President.

**What Will Make You Successful**

**ACCOUNTABILITY**:

- Proactively prospect prospective Dealers & Distributors, architects, interior designers, and Condominium developers.
- Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies that are in alignment with company needs, strategic initiatives, and budgets.
- Define, maintain and develop / track sales performance KPI's utilizing the available centralized digital platforms (i.e.: Keap) that enables a standardized and open data availability, generating and monitoring sales team and individual performance dashboards.
- Implement sales strategies and channel programs in alignment with company sales strategy.
- Develop partnerships with the Channel Partner’s Senior Leadership teams to build strategies, deliver and drive sales.
- Develop strategic priorities to increase pipeline development.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with associations to promote the product.
- Monitor the market and remain current with the latest innovation of the products.
- Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
- Educate, train and mentor new sales consultants.
- Meet with stakeholders to introduce product benefits and advantages.
- Enhance sales consultants’ performance by providing education and teaching improved processes.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, customer solutions.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive landscape.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional manufacturing associations.
- Be a positive leader and a sound role model for the complete organization by developing trust across all stakeholders unleashing employee engagement and business performance.
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customers’ sales.

**KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES**:

- 5 - 10 years’ experience in C-Level sales success.
- Minimum of 5 years’ out bound sales experience in the residential interior finishes industry, working with architects, interior designers, builders and/or developers.
- 5+ years of previous experience managing Dealers, Channel Partners, or indirect distribution
- History of sales generated earnings of 90k and above.
- Strong customer focus with excellent business sense.
- A proven motivator.
- Creating and developing channel strategies.
- Proven background in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Result-oriented attitude that is action driven.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle difficult discussions with employees and customers.
- Demonstrated Management courage and Change agent.
- Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product development and operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to attain and surpass sales targets.
- Solid time management skills with ability to handle a high volume of activity and work.
- Excellent skills in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be willing to travel Nationally

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
