We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist with additional experience in Meta and YouTube ad platforms. You will be responsible to develop and manage all digital ads with a strong and up-to-date strategy and deliver all paid social activity across each of these platforms to help the business achieve monthly and yearly goals. Additional tasks include, updating and optimizing websites.

**Key responsibilities**
- Plan, set up, analyze and optimize large scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube Ads and TikTok Ads for various brand accounts.
- Budget for and allocate performance marketing budgeting across all channels while optimizing for the highest ROI.
- Utilize Google Analytics to develop insights and action items to increase reach and revenues month over month.
- Report on weekly and monthly campaign performance and share with appropriate teams. Asses results and strategy.
- Knowledge and experience in updating and working with different website platforms and restaurant booking platforms such as Open Table.
- Working with content & design teams to create new content and evolve existing ads/landing pages
- Maximize efficiency of all campaigns working to KPI’s including
- Track & monitor the market and main competitors
- Research to stay informed on changes in digital marketing industry, ad formats, and bid strategies that could impact the marketing strategy.
- Testing landing page and website to improve and optimize performance
- Work with wider lead generation team to produce positive results

**Knowledge and experience**
- Attention to detail is critical for this position.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Digital Marketing role.
- 3 + years of Google Ads experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting
- Experience working towards daily lead targets
- Skilled Microsoft Excel user
- Strong commercial awareness
- Luxury market and customer behaviour knowledge
- Takes responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks; able to handle multiple work streams without supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage targets and report on KPI’s
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing different accounts at once.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative, likes to bring ideas to the table
- Analytical with a high attention to detail
- Results-oriented with strong sense of ownership of projects and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Passion for learning and keep on top of latest ad trends and media.
- Experience in luxury hospitality will be considered an asset.
