Ø Update and maintain all online databases

Ø Update data Logs and advise of each aircraft’s total hours

Ø Maintain an accurate log of all flights and briefings

Ø Ensure company aircraft are available and ready for each booking

Ø Ensure invoices are issued for services rendered

Ø Follow-up with students and rental pilots to ensure currency

Ø Ensure company aircraft are tied down and/or stowed in the hangar at the end of the day

Ø Order pilot supplies and put ground school kits together

Ø Follow-up on outstanding accounts

Ø Ensure the classroom and office are cleaned

Ø Obtain required documents for student and rental pilot files

Ø Follow up on sales leads and arrange Orientation sessions and/or Introductory flights

Ø Carry out any other duties assigned

**Salary**: $14.25-$18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gatineau, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
