**Job Title: Inside Sales Consultant**

**Salary**: $50,000 - $80,000 annually (Base + Commission)

**Location**: 850 Industrial Ave 13 & 14, Ottawa, ON K1G 4K2

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Qualify new leads by understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare timely and accurate quotes for customers.
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
- Maintain an organized database of new and existing customers.
- Demonstrate knowledge of competing products and services in the market.
- Stay updated on product offerings, services, and industry trends.

**Job Requirements**
- Post-secondary education.
- Previous experience in a sales position (experience in cabinetry or kitchen design is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software such as HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional phone skills and customer service abilities.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills with a focus on meeting customer needs.
- Ability to consistently meet sales targets and deadlines.

**Work Hours**

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Base salary of $50,000 - $80,000 (performance-based).

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
