**About the role**
The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for supporting the complete Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable) processes for all reporting entities in the Groups regional ownership, and the related day-to-day tasks of those making up the Accounts Receivable team. In this role the individual is responsible to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing, recovery of debt, and reconciliation of these areas. They will ensure that company assets are adequately safeguarded, that the End-to-End processes relating to Accounts Receivable are documented adequately to meet Senior Finance leader requirements for Robust Internal control environment and to meet Internal and External audit scrutiny and operate all processes under their care in compliance with Group financial policies and local Regional Regulatory requirements.
**What you'll be doing**
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of Sales and Intercompany invoices arising from both Third and Intercompany relationships with Customers and Gamesys Group entities.
- Ensure collections are done on a timely manner, providing excellency in Customer Service when dealing with Internal/External Customers.
- Complete monthly closing deliverables required by other teams, in line with the closing timetable.
- Ensure the accurate posting and allocation of transaction related invoices, settlements, credit notes and discounts for example.
- Support Head of Transactional Finance to develop the O2C KPIs for the organization.
- Ability to provide feedback to the Business on what documents and processes must be followed to support commercial proposals or structures
**What you'll need**
- Professionally qualified Finance executive in Accounts Receivable, with a minimum of five years post qualification experience (retail and service industries are an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of Order to Cash and Record to Report processes and Best Practices within large, high transaction, fast-paced Plc(s).
- Knowledge of ERPs such as Navision/Microsoft Dynamics (and/or ability to learn new systems swiftly)
- Attention to Detail and Robust Best practice and Internal Financial control experience.
- Proven track record of identifying and remediating problems and solving issues and leading others through change.
