Office Administrator

This is a full-time office administrator position. Duties will include office administration as well as part-technician roles.
Hourly compensation will be discussed based on experience
Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
**Responsibilities**:
- Looking for someone RELIABLE (strong time management, consistent, honest, trustworthy)
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense tracking
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Generate invoices for customers
- Talking to customers, booking appointments, receiving payment
- Ordering parts, tracking inventory
- Doing parts run as needed
- Completing bookkeeping tasks
- Cleaning and organizing the shop and office
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Experience in the automotive industry is considered to be an asset
- Strong understanding for automotive/trailer parts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is an asset
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with phone systems and general office equipment
- Strong time management skills
- Willing to learn new things in a dynamic role
**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
