Project Administrator

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide administrative support to the Tank and Construction Divisions
- Process accounting and financial duties including purchase orders and invoices
- Ensure all time sensitive documentation for Tanks and Projects are accurate and completed by required deadlines
- Maintain and modify calendars and detailed schedules that will include all project phases and dependencies with the adherence to deadlines
- Support communications to both teams on the maintenance of budgets and billing cycles
- Assist in the procurement of materials, arranging of sub-contractors based on a preferred list
- All other duties as assigned

**Are you qualified?**
- 5 years of progressive experience in an office environment
- Prior experience supporting customer billing
- Prior experience supporting project management

**What is the work schedule?**
- Monday to Friday at our Red Deer office
- Our team focuses on work life balance
- This position is eligible for overtime pay
