**About the Role**:
We’re hiring a **Marketing Assistant**to support our growing Marketing Team. Reporting to the **Marketing Manager and Project Manager**, this role focuses on assisting with day-to-day marketing operations, content coordination, and cross-departmental support. You’ll collaborate with a creative teammate and play a vital role in keeping our marketing efforts organized, on-brand, and running smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support the Marketing Manager and Project Manager with daily marketing tasks and planning
- Create and proofread engaging marketing copy for internal and external communications
- Design and update promotional materials including brochures, signage, proposals, and print assets
- Help organize and coordinate events, open houses, and presentation centre needs
- Monitor trends on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to keep our brand presence fresh and relevant
- Assist in creating and optimizing Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads campaigns
- Contribute to SEO strategy through optimized blog content and website updates
- Produce monthly market report videos and manage content assets
- Liaise with the Real Estate and Property Management teams to fulfill marketing requests
- Keep project tracking tools (ClickUp) and shared folders organized and current

**You’ll Excel In This Role If You Have**:

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A self-starter mindset and a collaborative spirit
- Experience with tools like Canva, Illustrator, Biteable, and ClickUp
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Working knowledge of website platforms like WordPress or WIX
- A good eye for design and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Bonus: Experience with photography, Matterport, or event coordination
