We are currently seeking an organized and dynamic Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and contribute to our growing team.

**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Assistant will support our marketing department’s initiatives, primarily assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, handling administrative tasks, and conducting market research. This entry-level position is ideal for an enthusiastic marketing professional looking to gain comprehensive experience in a vibrant environment and make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including planning and executing events, promotions, and other marketing efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Help organize and schedule marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain and update promotional materials and marketing databases.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing campaign’s performance and analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate marketing needs with overall company goals and objectives.
- Support the marketing team in managing and communicating with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing programs.
- Monitor and manage social media platforms, engaging with users and creating interactive posts.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for marketing staff and for external promotional events.
- Assist in the tracking and reconciliation of marketing budget and expenditures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or a related professional area.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- A team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools particularly Hubspot is an asset.
