Business Analyst

SinaLite is a family owned business which has been operating since 1999. What started as a small 1,200 square-foot print shop which operated a single small AB-Dick printer has blossomed into a company of 150+ employees, containing several million dollars worth of printing equipment, and achieving a yearly sales revenue of 40+ million with over 20,000+ customers across North America.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
General and Administrative
- Serve as the primary liaison between business managers and the data team, facilitating clear communication of business problems and needs.
- Collaborate with the data team to collect, interpret, and visualize data relevant to business challenges.
- Leverage data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can guide business solutions.
- Formulate strategic recommendations based on data insights, and present these findings to business managers.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making discussions among business managers and stakeholders.
- Remain updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across operations per project scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Convey complex insights in a comprehensible format to business managers.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing in-depth quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree would be a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar, ideally within our industry.
- Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, data visualization tools, and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Proficient in using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analysis software.
- Adept at conducting market research and understanding industry trends.

**Working Conditions**:

- Intensive computer work and extended use of the computer keyboard and mouse.
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time - up to 8 hours per day.
- Working remotely and in office as required at the sole discretion of the company.
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 lbs.
- Work area may have fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
- Noise level is usually moderate to loud.
- Exposure to ink and chemical fumes, and airborne particles such as paper dust and drying powder.
- Appearance at all times must represent the company image.
- Occasional additional hours may be required due to operational requirements.
